Send your nameplate and part photos.
We help identify what to verify.
We help commercial bakery equipment repairers identify compatible parts for deck ovens, proofers and convection ovens across Asia-Pacific, including East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Australia and the Pacific, plus selected Gulf markets.

What is wrong with your oven?
Why people send us photos first
A model number alone may not identify the correct replacement. We compare the equipment nameplate, old part, markings, dimensions and electrical details before making an identification.
A model number helps, but photographs of the actual part and its measurements provide the evidence needed for a careful comparison.
Product-specific specifications and fit records are being built from physical samples and customer-verified installs. Unknown values stay marked as unverified.
Send the evidence that helps identify a part
- Photo of the nameplate — brand, model, voltage, wattage
- Photo of the old part — the whole part, on a clean surface
- Photo of where it sits — so we can see the orientation
- Photo of any writing on it — numbers, codes, stamps
For electrical parts, add one more: the part next to a ruler or caliper.
Send them through the enquiry form or WhatsApp. We review the evidence and either identify a suitable next step, ask for more information, or tell you when we cannot confirm a fit.

Who we are
We are based in China, beside the factories that build these components. We are building product records from measured samples, supplier information and customer feedback after installation.
We do not supply gas parts, motors, mixers or control boards — those need on-site expertise we cannot provide from a distance. More about how we work.
